Dalton Blase

Bio

Dalton Blase is a creator who values creativity, growth, humor, and the interconnected network between people.

Dalton is the founder, writer, and owner of the lem weekly newsletter. Each week, Dalt creates a collection of laughs, entertainment, and music to sweeten up your inbox. The idea for this sparked after sending weekly emails to coworkers with sometimes solicited music recommendations. The newsletter blossomed into a fun weekly gift for boring, dull inboxes around the U.S. Currently, this passion project is in hibernation.

Dalton has a passion for marketing, research, understanding people, sustainability, mental and physical health, entertainment, sports, and cultural change.

Upbringing

Dalton was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. His parents and family moved to Wyoming from California to raise children due to its small communities and education opportunities.

Growing up as the oldest of 6 in a blended family, Dalt faced adversity in an ever-changing household. Finding support in knowledge, laughter, and the greater community, he laid the foundation for who he is today.

In 2020, he became a first-generation university graduate and went back to Casper to gain industry experience, help his community in the midst of COVID, and spend time with his family.

Why Wyoming?

Wyoming is a unique place. Secluded, yes. Small, also yes. What’s so special? Well, Wyoming is where you will find some of the most genuine, kind, hardworking individuals. People care about one another. People care about their impact. People care about their worth. You’ll see this in the classroom, in the workplace, and on the street. It’s a state full of community, and that’s what Dalton found.

What’s Next for Dalt?

Dalton is ready to make big jumps to share his mind, creativity, and heart. He’s also looking for an organization to grow with, a home to build, and a new community to connect to.
